The ThumMusic System isn't perfect, and
its use is not yet widespread. If you've understood this document and support
its overall approach – perhaps with reservations – then I encourage
you to help make the ThumMusic System even better. You can do this in many
ways. Music theorists can attempt to find and fix holes in the ThumMusic
System. Music educators and software developers can work together to help
develop new music education materials based on the ThumMusic System.
Join us! Your assistance can help bring
the joy of musical understanding to more people than ever before. Music
may not feed the hungry or shelter the homeless, but it truly does make
